By accessing and using the InferatScale platform ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this Service.

2. Description of Service

InferatScale provides AI-powered chatbot services, including but not limited to natural language processing, conversation management, and intelligent response generation. Our Service is designed to assist users with various tasks through artificial intelligence.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of California.
